Field of Dreams Event

This sets out the terms and conditions under which we will provide the Service (our VW Show) to you. By 'you' or 'your' we refer to those attending the Field of Dreams Aircooled VW Show (all provided years). By 'us' and 'we' we mean as of the Services provided as part of Classic Volks.com, Field of Dreams Aircooled VW Show and its organisers. The following rules apply.

Organisers of Field of Dreams: (a) shall use reasonable endeavours to supply the Service from the advertised commencement date; (b) we reserve the right to make changes to the Service which are necessary to comply with any applicable safety requirements, loss incurred and will notify you of any changes to the Service; (c) we have the right to adjust the price in the case that any additional services are required or in keeping with provisioning of the services due to additional costs incurred with affect the commencement of the service to you.

In the event of cancellation: (d) we reserve the right to impose a deduction from your payment to cover booking fees, and/or administration costs; (e) refunds are not applicable to non-attendance of the event or service offered.
